★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お医者さんは、聞けば、親切に説明してるし、さすが、京大出身の先生だと感じました。看護師さんも、気さく、受付の女性らも、優しくて、本当にいい感じです。
 The doctor kindly explained to me, and I felt that he was a teacher from Kyoto University. The nurses and the friendly women at the reception are kind and really nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先生の対応が優しく❗膝や足首等の治療もレントゲンも有るので❗親切丁寧です❗看護師さんも受け付けの人も❗忙しく笑顔が無いと言う触れ込みで❗行きましたが❗全然❗大丈夫です❗忙しくて❗患者さんにも気を使ってくれる良い病院ですよ。

駐車場は２台しかなく、空いてなかったら手前の新町パーキングに停める。
ただ、待ち時間が長いのが難点。
もう少し早ければなあ、と。
お年寄りばかりです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付の女人達、笑顔に乏しく冷たい態度と言動。淡々と話してキッツイ。無表情。常連さんにや男の人には優しく笑顔であたる。
まぁ、気分でいい時もあるけど殆ど感じ悪いね。院内接遇教育したほうがいい。
ましてや患者は長時間待たされてイライラしてるのに一緒にムカついた顔してんじゃないよ。
せめて患者が帰る時おおきに言っても笑顔も無く会釈だけ。お大事になさって下さい位笑顔で言ってくれ！

待ち時間は1時間ほどで、年配の方が多かった気がします。
受付の対応も悪くはありませんでした。
結果的に他の病院で脳の血管の病気が見つかりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 急な腰痛で閉院30分くらい前に受け付けをお願いしたのですが、親切な接客で対応して頂けました。レントゲンを撮ってもらった後、説明を受けましたが、先生の説明は、とても分かりやすく、治療の方法も選ばせて頂ける感じだったのでした。整形の事で何かあった時は、またお願いしようと思います。
I asked for reception about 30 minutes before the hospital closed due to sudden back pain, but I was able to respond with kind customer service. After having an X-ray taken, I received an explanation, but the teacher's explanation was very easy to understand, and I felt that I could choose the treatment method. If something happens about plastic surgery, I'd like to ask again.
