 You can buy not only meat, but also freshly fried croquettes, homemade potato salad, and homemade char siu in grams! It's fun to talk with the friendly and cheerful shopkeeper (^^) It's delicious with simple and careful seasoning. One more item! I am saved!

青梅駅に向かう途中で出くわしたこちらの精肉店。ケース内には精肉しか並んでいませんが、揚げ物系は、注文を受けてから揚げるというスタイルで、1つからでも調理してくれます。
お店の人は良い対応で、その点ではこういうところの精肉店の良さが表れていて満足。しかし、注文したコロッケが、しっかりと揚がっておらず、中は冷たく水っぽさがありましたね。冷凍物のコロッケを揚げているという感じなのでしょう。バターの風味があって、味そのものは決して悪くなかったのに、ちょっと残念でした。

This butcher shop I came across on the way to Ome Station. There are only meat lines in the case, but the fried food will cook from one in the style of receiving an order and then frying.

However, the croquettes I ordered were not lifted firmly, and the inside was cold and watery. It is a feeling that the croquettes of the frozen thing are fried. It was a bit disappointing, though it had a buttery taste and the taste itself was never bad.
