まず私の前に並んでいた方のお会計後、包装中に会計ミスに気付きやり直し、誰にでもミスはあるし、ここまでならまぁまぁと思えたんですが、いざ私のお会計となったところで明らかなお釣りミス……
1000円台のお会計で1万円札を使い、お釣りが6000円台。なぜ……
ミスを指摘するもなかなか理解して頂けず、ゆっくり説明をしてやっとお会計のやり直しをして下さいました。
……が、お釣りをひったくるように下げ、こちらが支払った現金もレジに入れたまま返金処理…不安で仕方なかったです。この気持ちわかって頂けるでしょうか…
正直、トレーにお金を置いて頂けていたらそのまま引き取り、商品を買わずに帰りたかったです。
私の後ろにもかなり列ができてしまい恥ずかしかったし。
1つの商品を購入するのにとても長い時間がかかり、特に謝罪もなく次の方のお会計に取り掛かられので驚きました。
もう二度と利用しません。
