いつもも肉屋で買っていますが、こちらのお肉はワンランク上といった感じ。
Googleでは現金支払いのみと出てきますが、こちらの精肉店も2階のステーキ屋さんもPaypay支払いできます。
今回購入したタンは、普通の肉屋のタンとは食感、うまみ共に格違いでした。
100ｇ/1000円で販売されているステーキ用の厚切りひれ肉も、大変美味しそうです。期待が膨らみました。今度買ってみます。
肉は、おそらくランクが高く少しいつも買う肉よりは高めの印象ですが、お値段の価値は十分ありました。
コスパがいいなと思うのは、こねた状態で売っているハンバーグ。
大人用以外に、ありがたいことに子どもサイズのミニハンバーグとそろっています。
おいしかったです。
メンチカツや、コロッケは、その場で揚げて食べ歩きするにも向いています。
