いなべ市にある『カネキ精肉店』。
何がよいって店構え。
近代的なコンクリ、ステンレスではなく、昔ながらの家屋に、木を活かした内装。それでいて清潔感もある。
さらに肉もうまい。
自社の牧場で育てられた黒毛和牛で、柿安京町店にも卸しているとのこと。脂のくどさがないらしい。神戸から子牛を仕入れているというから、それはもう神戸牛じゃないか？知らんけど。
肉の分類は上肉、中肉、並肉。部位じゃない。
細けえこたあいいんだよ。注文後にカットしてくれるので焼肉なら厚め、すき焼きなら薄めになる。ちょっぴりグラムオーバーしても割り引いてくれる。値段も手ごろ。近所の人は牛コマを500gとか1kgとか買ってゆく。
