★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日の18:00前に予約してお伺いしました。あいにく、メニューを絞っておられ、普段供されている諸々には出会えませんでした。それでも、その日のメニューにない前菜の盛合せを作っていただき、幸せな時間を過ごしました。一応7/11以降はメニューも元に戻るということで(コロナの状況次第では分かりませんが)、もう一度お伺いして、美味しいお料理を頂こうと思っております。ありがとうございました。
I made a reservation before 18:00 on weekdays. Unfortunately, the menu was narrowed down and I couldn't meet the various things that are usually offered. Even so, I had a happy time with an assortment of appetizers that was not on the menu for the day. After 7/11, the menu will return to its original state (I don't know depending on the situation in Corona), so I would like to visit you again and have a delicious meal. Thank you very much.

パスタは何を頼んでも間違いないです。ランチで行くことが多いですが、プレートランチの前菜は野菜嫌いな自分でもおいしいと思えるほど、いつも新鮮で楽しみです。
とてもアットホームな雰囲気でウチの子どもをいつも温かく迎え入れてくれます。
我が家は一度転勤で県外に引っ越しましたが、Chivoがあるからという理由もあり、また近所に引っ越して来てしまいました。

店内の雰囲気も良くて、そしてイケメン店長は気さくな方で、サービスも素晴らしくてとてもいい時間を過ごしすことができました。
今後是非通わせていただきます！
The food was delicious near the station.
The atmosphere inside the store was good, the handsome store manager was friendly, and the service was excellent, so I had a very good time.
I will definitely attend in the future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 牛レバーの低温ローストでは「あの懐かしい感じ」がよみがえり、ホワイトアスパラのパシュッという食感で驚いた直後に生ハムの美味しさが追っかけてきて喜び、アンチョビソースのかかったキャベツのかたまりをナイフでザクザク切りながら「どこが定番やねん」と笑ったり、ハツのロースト旨いなぁと唸ったり、とても美味しくて楽しい時間を過ごせました！今度はパスタも!!

鶏レバーペーストといろいろキノコのクリームパスタを注文。
自家製フォカッチャとサラダ、ドリンク付き。
鶏レバーペーストを混ぜてお召し上がりください、
との事でしたが、鶏レバーペーストのみを少し食べてみると、やや苦味があり豚レバーより癖がありました。
しかし、そのレバーペーストを生クリームと混ぜるとレバーの癖も良いアクセントとなり、
"いろいろキノコ"に関しては、椎茸と舞茸くらいしか分かりませんでしたが、鶏レバーと生クリームとキノコの旨味が相まってとてもバランスの取れた味になり、美味しく頂けました。
サラダはとりあえずのサラダ感は無く、ある程度のボリュームがあり、紅芯大根(?)やカラフルな色彩の根菜とレタスに自家製ドレッシング(多分ニンジン系)がかかったもの。
店内は落ち着いたカフェな雰囲気で、
子ども連れや会社員など様々な人がランチを楽しんでいました。

Regarding "various mushrooms", I only knew about shiitake mushrooms and maitake mushrooms, but the taste of chicken liver, cream and mushrooms made it a very well-balanced taste, and it was delicious.
The salad doesn't feel like a salad for the time being, it has a certain volume, and it is a red radish (?), Colorful root vegetables and lettuce with homemade dressing (probably carrot).
The inside of the store has a calm cafe atmosphere,
