I	Igor Ovsiannikov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favorite japanese cheap-eat. I tried many things there, but the best is premium gyumeshi ¥330 and premium oroshi gyumeshi ¥430. I do not take anything else. These two dishes are very tasty, although it is "just rice with beef". Natto is also tasty here, for ¥80 only. Of course the place is not fancy at all. But this has different value in Japan. "Fancy" does not influence the quality and taste of the food.
