k	kanisan papa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 喜多方市の地域振興の象徴的存在で、実際、いろいろなイベントが行われている。しかし、地域の衰退に歯止めがかからない。地域振興というものを、一過性のイベントに頼ろうとする発想に、無理があるのだろう。コンサートをやれば、確かにその時間帯は盛り上がる。しかし、終了すればそれまでだ。後に残る財産が何もない。もし、プロのミュージシャンが育てば、それは財産になるだろうが、プロが育つようなレベルを維持しているわけでもない。講演会を聴講して、偉い人の当たり障りのない話を聞いて、気持ち良くなるのは、悪いことではない。しかし、講演会が終わってしまえば、それまでだ。ましてや、地元の衰退産業の経営者を呼んできて講演してもらっても、何の足しにもならない。地域住民が、継続的に根気よくできることを自分で考え、実行に移さないと何も始まらない。喜多方プラザは、そういった教訓を投げかけている。 It is a symbolic existence of Region Promotion in Kitakata City, in fact, various events are taking place.
