K	Ke n on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 高崎IC降りて前橋市大利根方面へ向かうところにある百年味噌を謳う味噌ラーメン屋さん。店内は広々としており1人でも家族連れでも来やすいつくり。特製百年味噌ラーメン(￥1078)を注文。少し甘めのクリーミーな濃口味噌スープ。色は淡めだがコクはあり香ばしい風味もする。麺は中太縮れ麺。上に乗るのは炙りチャーシュー、豚バラ、味玉、モヤシ、メンマ、ナルト、海苔、長ネギ。炙りチャーシューは固くイマイチと感じたが、豚バラは絶品で、ご飯とも合いそうな味付け。麺は普通でしたが、とにかくスープが美味しい。すごくまろやかで好みの味でした。店員さん達も元気が良くて、雰囲気が良かった。ラーメンだけでなくおつまみ類も豊富なので飲みにくるにも良さげな店です。概要では通し営業になってましたが、コロナの関係で一時的なのかどうか分かりませんが、現在は通し営業ではなさそうでした。 A miso ramen shop that sings 100-year-old miso on the way to Otone, Maebashi City after getting off the Takasaki IC.
