今までスープ飲み干した事がないのに、ここの青南蛮らーめんだけは飲み干しちゃいました。
チャーシューがトロトロ。スープはアッサリで。でも辛くて後をひく。その辛さは嫌じゃない。いや、大好き。
久慈のらーめん屋さんで、一番大好きなお店だし、一番好きなラーメンです。

注文してから提供されるまでの時間が早く急いでいる人にもいいと思います。
青唐辛子とあって辛いかと思いきや爽やかな辛さで辛さをそこまで苦手にしていない自分には食べやすかった。

ラーメンもですが、チャーシュー丼もオススメします。
青唐辛子ラーメンと、チャーシュー丼、玉子丼のローテーションで利用させて頂いてます。
病みつきになってしまいそうで、チャーシュー麺は自制しています。
ラーメンの麺硬めの茹で上がりも良いです。
