み	みみみみやび on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とんこつ系を専門とするラーメン屋です。駐車場は、店の横にあります。店内は、カウンターが５席、テーブルが３席あります。メニューは注文制です。とんこつラーメンのメニューは麺の硬さや種類を選べるようです。今回は、「赤つけめん」をいただきました。食べてみての感想は、つけ麺のスープが美味しかったです。また、麺にかかってる辛いソースが麺とからまり美味しく感じました。チャーシューも炙られていて柔らかく美味しかったです。ですが、残念な点として麺が冷たい麺で、つけ麺の熱いスープがすぐにぬるくなってしまい後半残念な感じでした。湯切りもしっかりされておらず、麺のヌメリが気になりました。また、友人が「白とん」（ラーメン）を注文していましたが、麺の硬さなどを聞かれていなかったので、店員さんから聞けばいいのにと感じました。自己申告で伝えたほうがいいとおもいます。提供は早くてよかったです。 A ramen shop that specializes in tonkotsu. The char siu was also roasted and was soft and delicious. However, unfortunately, the noodles were cold and the hot soup of tsukemen quickly became slimy, which was a shame in the second half. The hot water wasn't drained well, and I was worried about the sliminess of the noodles. Also, my friend ordered "white tongue" (ramen), but I wasn't asked about the hardness of the noodles, so I felt that I should ask the clerk. I think it is better to tell by self-report. It was good that the offer was quick.
