h	hrs ab on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仕事の会議で利用することが多いですが、大崎駅東口から歩いて5分のところにあります！！以前、使ったところは会場が広くて、結構な人数でも入って対応することができました！！演台、ホワイトボード、音響などの設備もついているので、色んな用途に合わせて利用できると思います！！車で来られる方、自転車で来られる方、それぞれ駐車場と駐輪場も会場近くにあるので、アクセスも便利です！！ I often use it at work meetings, It is a 5-minute walk from the east exit of Osaki Station! !! The venue was large where I used it before, and even a good number of people could enter and respond! !! It also has equipment such as a podium, whiteboard, and sound, so I think it can be used for various purposes! !! For those who can come by car or by bicycle, there are parking lots and bicycle parking lots near the venue, so access is convenient! !!

There is a restaurant and a convenience store on 1st floor. Because restaurant space is wide, we can eat slowly. There is terrace seating so we can spend a pleasant time looking at the olive tree on a fine day. There are shops and gyms in the 2nd floor.
