不採用にするのは自由だけど偉そうすぎるし、俺はなんでも分かっているとでも思ってそうなあの上から目線の態度はあり得ない。
これからバイトに応募しようと思っている人はやめた方がいい。あんな人がオーナーの店絶対やめた方がいい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員さんが入れ替わっても入れ替わっても変な人が入ります。
最近まともな若い男性店員が1人いて、逆にびっくりしました。
馴れ馴れしく見下してくるか、いきなり怒るか、みたいな店員に当たることが多く、入る前に店員が誰かチェックしてます。
ここまで態度悪い店珍しいです。素晴らしい対応とまでは要求しないので、採用と教育でせめて嫌な思いさせないくらいにしてくれるともっと利用するかも。
オーナー夫妻に備品切れを知らせたりするとこっちが部下か？と思うような感じで対応されて驚きました。マスクで若く見えたかも知れないが同年代なんですけど。
あと動線も使いにくいのに空いてる時もわざわざ遠回りして並ばないと怒られたりします。
ここに寄る車の路駐とゴミのポイ捨てが多くて迷惑。コンビニから出たゴミなんだから外や前の車道を掃除して欲しい。

過去、この店でタバコをカートン買いした際、700円くじを数枚ひいたが、たまたま全て当たり。
オーナー店員に「インチキしてんじゃねーよ」と言われ、頭にきたので監視カメラを確認させようと私が警察を呼んだ。
確認してもらい、当然疑惑は晴れ、頭の弱いボクサー崩れオーナーに謝罪させたが、当然こんな人間がオーナーの店はその後使うこともなく。
すき家前のセブンイレブン、近隣のファミマ、ローソンの方が接客もいいのでそちらを使っている。
特にファミマの深夜店員さん。接客の鏡のような人。
ローソンのオーナー、顔もすぐ覚えてくれて外で会っても必ず挨拶してくれるような人柄の良いおじさん。
この店を評価しているのは店員と関係者しかいないと思うが、星5つけているような方。
ファミマやローソン行ってみてください。雲泥の差ですよ。
他のコメントにあるように、店員が機械的、無愛想というのはトップが無能だからですね。接客できない人間がオーナーかつ余裕がないのか現場で店員やってるんだもの。
ここに良い評価をつける方は同じく無能に見られます。
しつこいようですが、近隣コンビニと比較してみてください。
