★ ★ ★ ★ ★ パーソナルトレーニングなので、自分の体に合ったストレッチやトレーニングを組んでもらえるし、しかも無理なく続けられます。良い姿勢・体型を保つにはどの筋肉をどうやって鍛えれば良いか、女性の目線で教えてくれます。フィットネスクラブは続かなかった私ですが、こちらへはもう何年もお世話になっています。トレーナーのよしえさんはパワフルで魅力的な方で、いつも楽しく通わせて頂いています。
