My friend took his car here and is too nice to leave a review of his actual experience so I will leave it for him. If you are not Japanese, expect to be put on the bottom of their priority list. After never calling when they said to organize a time, it took them over 2 weeks just to pick up the car from my property. Then, for an ENTIRE MONTH, no updates unless we called. When we would call to ask for an update, we got every excuse in the book. (After a week) "The technician in charge of your car got Covid, so we're assigning it to someone else.", (two weeks after that) "An intern at the factory ruined a whole batch of the specific clutch that you need." (The following Monday) "We finally got the clutch, and we will begin it on Thursday and be finished Friday.", (Friday afternoon) "We couldnt get the car in until right now, so it will be ready tomorrow." HOW does it take over ONE MONTH to do a job they admitted can be done in ONE DAY?! They didnt even offer him a courtesy car or anything. They dont seem sorry about making him wait so long, and they honestly sound bothered and give an attitude when you call for updates. At first I was willing to give them a pass since they might just be busy, but the continuous unprofessional behavior is unacceptable.
