★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ある整備を依頼し作業完了の為車を取りに行き帰りの道中、エンジンルーム内から異音発生。ボンネットを開けてまず驚愕。ドライバー、レンチなど工具類がエンジンルーム内に置きっぱなしに。プロとしてどうなんでしょう。
エンジンの異音は他店に状況説明し確認してもらったところ、ベルト交換作業ミスによるバルブ破損、、散々な目にあいました。
とてもプロとは思えない店ですね。
なにがテクニカルなんだか
二度と行きません
A strange noise was generated in the engine room on the way back and forth to get a car for a certain maintenance request. First open the hood and startle. Tools such as screwdriver and wrench are left in the engine room. What about as a professional?
When the noise of the engine was explained to another store and checked, the valve was damaged due to a belt replacement error, and the eyes were terrible.
It's a store that I don't think is very professional.
