★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ●ハマグリは、大女将が１つ１つ丁寧に焼いてくれた。汁をこぼさぬよう焼くこれは大女将のこだわりだ。絶妙な醤油加減に舌鼓をうつ●どぶ汁とあんこう鍋を頂く。あんこう鍋から食すことを案内され、どぶ汁の濃厚さを更に感じる。野菜もうまい。●雑炊はあんこう鍋とどぶ汁で評価ぎ割れた●イワシも新鮮で舌触りがまるで違った★どぶ汁の臭みの話がよくあるが、私は感じなかった。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店に入るなり、次々と声をかけて下さり、良い雰囲気のお店。また、時折換気の為に窓を開けたりしてもしてコロナ対策も万全のようです。
予約していたあんこう鍋（どぶ汁）の他に、いわしで有名なお店という事で、いわしのお刺身もオーダーしました。
大変美味しくいただきました。
あんこう鍋はお店の方が丁寧に説明してくれて、初めて知る事もありました。
また、女将さん？の骨入れチェックがあり、透明なところは食べられるとご指導いただきました。
これでもか？と言うくらい骨をしゃぶり尽くしました。
帰りはタクシーをお願いしたのですが、お店の車で駅まで送っていただきました。
