S	Sei Ya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ピザと干し芋のお店。干し芋は製造過程が通常とは違う煮てから干すスタイルなので一度実食してみて煮る方か蒸す方かを今後選べば良いかと。個人的には１回食べれば十分。柔らかめ派には微妙でした。ピザは生地にこだわりのあるピザでした。マルゲリータを注文してみたところ、チーズの質感が良くバジルの香りも良く、生地の味も良いという高評価でした。お値段がもう少し安ければ尚良しですが、薪にかかる費用、生地を下準備する手間、焼き上げる手間を考えると、リーズナブルにしてしまうとハードワークになってしまうのでポイントカード等、別の形でリピート客へのサービスがあると良いかもしれません。駐車場は狭めですので、駐車数が多いときや、運転が苦手な方、コンパクトカー以上の車は右折する前の路上にとめて、歩いていく方が無難ですね。テイクアウト専門ですが、人が少ない時などはその場で食べることも出来るかもしれませんので、声をかけてみてください。人柄が良く優しい店主と雑談しながら野外で食べるアツアツのマルゲリータ。。。絶品でした。。。再訪するつもりです。追記。評価バランスより星の数を修正しました。なかなか再訪チャンスがありません。繁盛していればいいなぁ。。。 Pizza and dried potato shop.
