★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 吊り橋(御覧場橋)の近くにあります。晩秋に訪れましたが、白い鳥居と、黄色いイチョウの葉に囲まれた狛犬が印象的でした。
 It is near the suspension bridge (Ganba Bridge). I visited in late autumn, and the white torii gate and the guardian dog surrounded by yellow ginkgo leaves were impressive.

立派な桜の木がある。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 元は三鎗神社という神仏習合、出羽三山を根本とする修験道の神社。
社務所内には天照大神が祀られ、御幣は七福神が所持する鯛や扇、小槌等を型どったものが飾られる。
宮司さま曰く、ご自身で切って作られてるとのこと。
Originally a Shinto and Buddhist shrine called Sanjo Shrine, a shrine of Shugendo based on Dewasanzan.
Amaterasu Omikami is enshrined in the office, and the coins are decorated with sea breams, fans, and mallets possessed by the Seven Lucky Gods.
According to the priest, it is made by cutting it by yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 御朱印を書いて頂いたあとに宮司さんである茂庭さんとこの温泉神社とこれからの事を色々お話頂いた。
こちらの温泉神社は本宮としての祠が栗駒山の絶頂にあり、なかなかお参り出来ない為、こちらに里宮を創建なさったのが始まりで、その後近くのお稲荷さまなど二つのお社を合祀して現在に至るそうな。
現在、会津若松の神社にご奉仕しているお孫さんが後をお継ぎなるそうだが、あちこちにある兼務社の管理運営のご苦労。
厳美渓すぐ側にあるが、いわゆる観光向け神社とは違い、地元の方の神社なので現状氏子の減少がかなり大変だそうです。
この神社の回りには同じ「茂庭」という姓を持つ一族が多く居て、一族がそのまま温泉神社の氏子として管理運営に携わっている。そして他の兼務社も含めて今はなんとか祭礼は出来ているが、正直これからは分からないとのこと。
色々お話を聞かせていただきながら考えさせられてしまいました。
でもとても有意義な時間（５分くらいかな）でした。

There are many clan with the same surname "Moniwa" around this shrine, and the clan is directly involved in the management and operation as a child of the hot spring shrine. And although the festival has been managed now, including other concurrent companies, honestly, I don't know from now on.
I was made to think while listening to various stories.
But it was a very meaningful time (about 5 minutes).

終わったので、参拝。
待ったおかげで神主さんの正装姿で、いいお話も聞けました。
やはり小さな神社は運営が大変との事
来年には跡取りを呼び寄せようかなと。
今の神主さんのお話を聞いてみたい人は、タイムリミットになる前にお早めに。
