仕事の付き合いでお酒を飲む機会が多く、お腹周りが気になってきたので、知人の紹介で体験トレーニングを受けてみました。過去にスポーツクラブに通っていましたが、恥ずかしながら2ヶ月も続きませんでした。でもこちらで体験を受けてみて、お酒との付き合い方や無理のない習慣の見直しを提案してもらい、続けられそう!と思い入会しました。結果、今では半年以上継続して来させてもらってます。お腹周りと体重もかなり変化してきました。これからも無理なく継続していくつもりです。

Occasionally, unexpected tests of knowledge by him are also inspiring, and I'm enjoying to learning more from him.
