問い合わせでの対応をそのまま記載します。

皮膚科と表記があったので、一般的な皮膚病の診断について問い合わせをしたところ、｢皮膚科は専門ではないので診断できない｣｢薬は出せる｣と言われました。
｢診断できないのに薬を出す=原因がわからない状態で薬を出すってことですか？｣と聞いたらまさかの｢はい｣、絶句。あり得ないです。
皮膚科を探している方はもちろん、他の方にもオススメしません。
信頼できる病院を探してください。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受診前に電話で確認したいことがあり、電話をしましたが、朝からとても不快になるような対応でした。他の方も受付の対応について書かれているので、一度見直すべきだと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ホームページの診療案内を見るとこんな症状はご相談下さいと書いてあり、その中に膝の痛みもありました。息子が膝の痛みがあり、おそらくオスグット病(これもホームページに記載あり)なので、連れて行くと受付で看護師なのか事務なのかわかりませんが、保険証を受け取り、「どうされましたか？」と聞かれたので「息子が膝が痛いので」と言うと、嫌な顔をし、隣にきた看護師？事務？に保険証を渡し、その方は奥へ居なくなり、保険証を渡された方が「うちにはレントゲンなどの施設はないので他に行ってください」と門前払いを受けました。
知らない土地で調べて、初めて行ったのに、ひどい対応でした。
２度と行きません。

胃カメラの検査をしました。口からではなく鼻からの検査だったので、先生とお話をしながら楽に検査を受けられました。係りの看護師さんもとても優しかったです。
風邪の時もお世話になっています。
待ち時間が少なくて助かります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 胃痛と微熱があり消化器内科を探して初めて伺いましたが、内科は専門外の為、胃痛のみ診察出来ますと受付で言われました。明らかに看板には内科と謳ってますがどう言う事ですか。気分悪いので帰りましたが、院内は全く混んでなく、そもそもかかりつけとして使われていない印象。絶対に別の所へ行った方が良いです。
I had a stomachache and a slight fever, so I visited for the first time looking for a gastroenterology department, but I was told at the reception that I could only see the stomachache because I am not a specialist in internal medicine. Obviously, the sign says internal medicine, but what do you mean? I went home because I felt sick, but the hospital wasn't crowded at all, and I had the impression that it wasn't used as a family in the first place. You should definitely go to another place.
