黒	黒瀬脩 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地元の人気店の初海家。お店のご主人が駐車場の誘導をしています(^o^;) ウェイティングエリアも大混雑で、外で暫く待ってましたが、連休で大人数のお客さんが多かったのか、僕達二人は案外すぐに呼ばれました。このお店では、味噌煮込みうどんは外せない(^^) 僕は特製味噌煮込みうどん、かみさんは新潟舞茸盛り味噌煮込みセット。特製味噌煮込みうどんは、土鍋じゃなく、一回り大きな鉄鍋で登場❗ かしわ、椎茸、玉子が入って、海老天がどーんとトッピングされてます(^^)/ うどんはしっかり固めの名古屋の味噌煮込みうどんスタイル！煮込んでも負けない麺は、やっぱりこうじゃないと(^^) 味噌スープは少ししょっぱい気もしますが、甘さも感じられてこくがあります。かしわは小振りだけどたくさん入ってます。油揚げやネギも美味しい〜　味噌煮込みの鉄板スタイルです(^^) かみさんのは舞茸天が付いたセット。新潟から取り寄せている大きい舞茸(^^)/ 1つ貰いましたが、さくさくで美味しい！！最後にご飯も半分もらい、お約束で玉子を乗せて、スープをひとかけ。シメはこうしたくなる。大晦日特番の釜山でやってた五郎さんの気分(^o^) 最後まで熱々で美味しく頂きました〜(^^)v Hatsumi family, a popular local shop.
