院内は頭痛持ちには辛いテレビの音やうるさい感じがなくて待ち時間も良いです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ はっきり言って受付体制が最低です。
先生や診察等は他の病院より良いと思います。ですが受付が最低ランクだと思います予約を病院側の都合で変更するのに代わりの予約を取ることができないとか 次回診察時の予約が予約制なのに取れないとか信じられない対応をしてきます。
待ち時間も信じられないほど長いです
予約で行っても県立病院より待たされることがほとんどです。
先生の腕は良いのに大変残念な病院だと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ どの看護師さんも丁寧でした。初診でも診療時間の早めに行けばちゃんとMRIもしてくれます。私は脳梗塞が見つかり、すぐに市民病院に紹介状を書いて救急車を呼んでくれました。
Every nurse was attentive. Even if you go to the clinic for the first time, you can get an MRI properly if you go early. I found my cerebral infarction and immediately wrote a letter of referral to a municipal hospital and called for an ambulance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 看護師の方々の対応は丁寧で、その他スタッフの方もごく普通のお仕事ぶりでした。以下、個人的感想です。
院長先生の診察ですが･･ご機嫌のわるいときに当たってしまったのか、
「正直、今痛いのはどこなわけ？」
「そんな言い方じゃわからないよ」等々、
患者へのいたわりが全く無い物言いをされ、
怒りを通り越して、あきれ果ててしまいました。
自身がもう行かないのは勿論、知人友人にも紹介できない医院でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 事前に電話して伺うも、初診すらしていただけませんでした。受付でお断りされるのは初めてです。評判が良かったので来たのに、大変ガッカリです。ここに来られる方は事前にかかりつけ医に脳外科いってください、と言われてからこないと見てもらえないようですので注意してください。
I called in advance, but I couldn't even get my first visit. This is the first time I have been refused at the reception. I came here because it had a good reputation, but I am very disappointed. Please note that those who come here will not be seen until they are told by their family doctor to have a brain surgery in advance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 元々、偏頭痛が定期的にあったのですが、以前脳に異常はないか不安になり受診。先生の印象や、検査をしてみて脳や血管に異常がないか確認した上でさらに的確なアドバイスなどもらえた事が印象的で、今回も自宅近くにある脳外科を飛ばしてまたこちらに受診。今回もとても安心しました。色々な可能性を考えて下さり、検査をして消去法で判断してくれるので、最終的にとにかく安心できます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 医師をはじめ、受付、看護師、スタッフの方々は淡々としていますが、真摯に仕事をされている感じです。
受付同士で無駄話をしていたり、馴染みの患者と世間話することもなくテキパキしていて好印象です。
数週間の症状で不安が募り暗くなっていましたが、MRI検査をして、医師から安心していいですよ、という言葉をいただき、行って良かったと心から思いました。
The doctors, receptionists, nurses, and staff are indifferent, but I feel that they are working sincerely.
It's a good impression that the receptionists don't talk wastefully or talk to familiar patients.
I was anxious and darkened after a few weeks of symptoms, but I was glad that I had an MRI scan and the doctor told me that I could feel at ease.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 頭痛がひどく辛かったため初めて伺いました。15時過ぎてから伺ったところ、「頭痛の検査を希望するなら18時頃になる」と言われましたが頭痛がひどすぎ待てないため他の医院へ行きました。
貴院のHPに初診の方への注意事項を受付時間だけではなくもっと詳しく書いていただけると、同じような方も減るのではないかと思い投稿させていただきました。
もうお伺いすることはございませんが、ご検討いただけますと幸いです。
I visited for the first time because my headache was so painful. When I visited after 15:00, I was told that it would be around 18:00 if I wanted to have a headache test, but I went to another clinic because my headache was so bad that I couldn't wait.
I thought that the number of similar people would decrease if you could write in more detail not only the reception hours but also the precautions for the first visitor on your website.
I will not ask you anymore, but I would appreciate it if you could consider it.
