さ	ささ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらに来る前に他店でオーダーをしておりました。なぜオンリーで何着もスーツを作ったかと言いますと、・体に一番合っている。・とにかくスーツのスタイルが美しくてバランスが良い。・生地選びから始まるオーダーの全てが楽しい。これらの点は絶対に譲れません(笑)。スタイリストさんが女性ならではの悩みに寄り添ってくれ、そして迷った時の多方面からのしっかりとしたアドバイスは的確で、伝わりづらいニュアンスも汲み取って下さるので、知識のない私でも毎回素敵なスーツをオーダーすることができています。インナーの合わせ方、ベルトや靴の使い方なども丁寧に教えて頂き、感謝しております。気合いを入れたい時は自然とオンリーのスーツを手に取ることが多く、そんな自分に笑っております。菅さん、今回も素敵な時間をありがとうございました。また機会がありましたらお見立てをお願いいたします！ Before coming here, I was ordering at another store. But I met a Taylor his name is 大西。he is a careless guy to his job and service! He almost destroyed my passport when he is doing tax free process! He can not speak good English, and does not want to understand what customers need ! He clipped the pin in the wrong page of passport! Also the suit bag he gave me is not working with dual zipper, that is why I can’t see the hanger come out from the bag! He is totally made my trip in Japan like I am in China or Hong Kong! I did tell him the problem, but he couldn’t answer them in the right way, he just said “No””No””No” or “ it is just like this.” Finally, I swapped the Tax free machine by myself, instead of this stupid guy (大西）to destroy my passport , I also discovered the suit bag zipper was reversed in another way around by myself! 大西should not give service to anyone since today, this ONLY will close because of him! I started to buy ONLY since Kyoto (京都），the first shop come out, when I visited Kyoto. I had really bad memory in Tokyo!
O	Ondrej Balaz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tailor made clothing for businessmen. Large selection of cuts, materials and accessories for your wardrobe, some japanesque accesories also make nice gift! They have unique stuff like vests from kimono-like cloth. Staff is very nice there, although they speak only basic english, the whole process of order is very intuitive and driven by step-by-step material catalogue, very doable without any knowledge of Japanese. They are also very careful when measuring and trying out to make sure final product fits. Delivery times depend on set of materials and cut, mine (3 piece) was done in 2 weeks. Prices are very good considering the quality and service. They accept foreign cards and don't deliver overseas.
