亜	亜紀 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 気に入って購入しようとしていた土地が決めていたハウスメーカーさんが高低差が凄いので検査しないと建築出来るのか？出来ないのか？分からないと言う返答に検査結果が出る迄待って頂き結局この土地に建築可能との返答を頂き契約し購入させて頂きました。私達は、ハウスメーカーさんを決めていたので建築出来ないとの返答であれば購入致しませんでしたが全部こちらの事情を分かって頂き待って頂いた事に心から感謝です。まさに地域密着型の不動産屋さんって感じです。素敵なご縁ありがとうございます。娘が家を建てる時には、またお世話になろうと思ってます。 The house maker who had decided on the land he liked and was trying to buy has a great difference in elevation, so can it be built without inspection? で	ですあーちゃん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらでお家を建てました。感想としましては、所々雑い。遠目で見ると綺麗ですがちゃんと隅々まで見るとクッションフロア端までとどいてなかったり、切るところみすったままクッションフロアは貼られてたりしてました。ありえない。掃除をしてる際きずいたので何も言わなかったですが。できることなら今更だけどなおしてもらいたいぐらい。態度もあまり良いとは感じられません。わたし的に設計もあまり上手ではありませんでした。お家にお庭が欲しかったため L字っぽい形にしましたがお家が建ったら家の裏にお庭が作れるぐらいの幅がありただただ無駄な庭になりました。分かってたのならちゃんとゆって欲しかったし。それだったらどんっと横長のお家にして大きく見せたかったな～。いいように書きたかったけど若いからであるのか適当にされたような感覚になりました。 I built a house here. I wanted to write it in a good way, but I felt like I was appropriate because I was young.
