N	N I on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 物件は悪くないですが、とにかく対応が適当すぎです。、・値下げ交渉をしてくれるとのことでお願いしたのに、一向に連絡が来ず、結局契約日に行ってどうなりました？と聞くと「できませんでした。」正直、本当に交渉したの？笑　という感じです。進捗を報告してくれないのに、何のためにLINEとか登録させるんでしょうか笑笑・また、最終見積もりも提示されず、そのまま契約させようとします。こちらから言って初めて「すみません忘れてました、すぐ作ります」 …それでまた待たされるのも馬鹿馬鹿しい笑・ギリギリまで入居者がいたので内見はしませんでした。そのかわり、冷蔵庫や洗濯機のサイズ感を見るために、部屋が空いた時に動画を送りますと言われましたが。。結局送られてきませんでした笑・鍵の受け渡し時、店内が混み合っていて、適当に封筒に入れて渡されて終了。まだ一回も物件見てないのにこれで終わり？？という感じでした。新規接客の際は愛想もよく好印象だっただけに、その後の対応で悲しくなりました。バタバタと物件決めをした自分を責めるばかりです、、新規接客の時もすぐ埋まるからとクロージングされたので、じっくり検討する時間のある方は一度考えてみても良いかもと思います。店内も混んでいるので、かなり待たされている方をお見かけしました。物件は悪くないので、そこを重視するなら良いと思います。 The property is not bad, but the response is just too appropriate. , ・ I asked you to negotiate a price cut, but I didn't get any contact, so what happened when I went to the contract date?
