A	Arrows Shot on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチでの利用。糖質制限中のランチ先として優良店です。炭水化物制限をしていると外食がとにかく期難しい。。仕事柄外出していると付き合いでどうしても行かなければならない、なんて時があるんですがたまたま見つけたこちらのお店、アスリートの方と関係がある？アスリートのオーナー？さんらしく、野菜などたっぷりのランチが手頃な金額で食べられます。平日行くと少し並ぶレベルでしたし、入った後とコース料理のように一品ずつ出てくるので余裕持って行った方が良いお店かも。日曜にも再訪しましたが、日曜は空いてました。穴場かも。野菜たっぷりで大満足です！ただ、本気めの糖質制限の人にとっては少し野菜中心と言ってもリゾットや締めのオレンジジュースは自制した方が良いかもです。写真は筋力アップランチ。 Use at lunch.
