さぞや儲かっているんでしょうね。
皮肉はさておき、いくらなんでも改装スパン早すぎ。
しかも地元住民は無論観光客も多い場所なのに改装期間約半年は全館休業。
半分毎にやるとか仮店舗をコンコースに小規模でも出すとかいくらなんでも利用者をおざなりにし過ぎる。

Besides, local residents are places where there are many tourists, but the whole building is closed around half a year for the renovation period.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鎌倉コロッケ頂きました。2個だと300円といわれましたが、一人なので1個200円で購入。美味しいけど、普通のコロッケなので、200円は高いなというのが正直な感想。しらす入りとかもあるようなので、次機会ぎあればそれを食べてみようと思いました。
I had a Kamakura croquette. It was said that two pieces cost 300 yen, but since I am one person, I bought one for 200 yen. It's delicious, but it's an ordinary croquette, so it's an honest impression that 200 yen is expensive. There seems to be some shirasu, so I thought I'd try it next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 通りすがりに牛タン見かけて、えぇ～牛タンっていえば仙台でしょ～と思いながら冷凍のやつ買ってみたら、分厚くて、ほどよい塩味で、めちゃめちゃ美味しかった。びっくり。
味付けしっかりしてるから、焼くだけで楽だった。切り込みがうまいこと入ってるからか、火も通りやすい。フライパンについた焦げがこれまた美味しいので、チャーハンでも作ればよかった。
家庭でも気軽においしく焼けるラインでは、知る限りトップクラスじゃないだろうか……と思うほど。また通りかかったら買いたいな。
難点を挙げるなら、焼き方が薄いタンと違って強火らしいので、事前に公式サイト見ればよかった。
When I saw beef tongue passing by, I thought that beef tongue would be Sendai, but when I bought a frozen one, it was thick, moderately salty, and very delicious. I was surprised.
It was well seasoned, so it was easy just to bake it. It's easy to catch fire, probably because it has a good cut. The charred on the frying pan is also delicious, so I should have made it with fried rice.
As far as I know, it's probably the top class in the line where you can easily bake deliciously at home. I want to buy it when I pass by again.
The difficulty is that unlike the thin tongue, it seems to be on high heat, so I should have looked at the official website in advance.

定番の黒糖パンは甘党にはたまらない美味しさ。
旅するスイーツは、ふわふわした生クリームと、あんこやキャラメルなどのクリームが合わさって全種類美味しいです。一番は抹茶かな。
修学旅行生でごった返してるとレジが地獄...なので、午前中か閉店間際が狙い目だと思います。
