★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place, easy to find following google directions. You have to take a small passage, be sure not to miss it. Staff speak little to none English but they do their best to make understand you. The pizza I ordered was really good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my friends came here a couple of months ago at 6:58 which was 2 minutes before 7 (last order). Despite the fact that it was 2 minutes before last order we had 1 hour to eat which we thought was plenty of time, so we agreed to eat there. As soon as we expressed our decision the staff looked at us in disgrace and in an unwelcoming way guided us to our seats. There were 5 of us and we wanted only 3 pizzas but there was a rule saying that each one of us had to buy something. So in the end we went with 5 pizzas. Each pizza came one by one and took a while to come. They claimed that only 1 pizza could be on a table at a time forcing us to quickly eat each pizza so that we can finish by 8. One very important rule any worker should follow is that when they are in a rush, they should never show it to their customers. However, these waitors were running around and really loudly cleaning up and were quite rude us. I observed the way they treated other customers and saw that they was completely different. They were kind, calm and even making conversation with them. However for some reason were extremely rude to us. Maybe it is because we were speaking English, or because we look young, or because we came 2 minutes before last order, but whatever the reason it does not justify the way they treated us. Additionally, once it was 8 they kicked us out but let other customers stay there, unbelievably bad customer service. Not to mention how overpriced the food was.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First thing you'll wonder is Italian food in Japan, really? I'll be honest - I didnt expect it from myself either- I just searched top restaurants in Kamakura to try and this kept consistently popping out so ended up searching for it. Got lost around because its actually on the other side of Kamakura station (its behind it,if you're facing the station take the underpass aisle on the right after the coffee place and atm) and to get to this, you'll pass by a small alley filled with houses that will make you wonder if you're in the right place. And once you find it, you'll be charmed immediately by the vibe that you'll just walk in. Apparently they are famous for their cheese & pizza so that's what I had. I got the insalata burrata w/ proscuitto - first creamy slice to the burrata and I immediately knew its worth it. It's very creamy with some blend of spice on top that goes so well w/ tomato & the prosciutto. It was so kind of them to allow me to customize my pizza too because I wanted some greens so they put it on top. Mixing their famous pizza (margarita famous, but I got Romano - waiter recommended) with Burrata was just plain DIVINE!! Look for the only girl waitress also she speaks good English unlike the others including the owner/manager. Service will take time but surely freshly done when it gets to you. Ambiance is good as well- some on a date, others w/ family & friends. Definitely worth the visit when in Kamakura!
PS i walked home to somehow burn some out of finishing whole pizza & burrata to myself!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ quest e la Perfett pizzeria!
buona petite.
They made cheese by themselves and that was really tasty.
I had a stracciatella , it's quite nice matching with citrus sauces and nuts, it's parhaps not from Buffalo milk?
Margarita's cheese is perfect for pizza , less water, so it's crispy while eating whole pizza.I was so surprised...did they adjust???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely popular during golden week, and there was a line of people waiting the entire time from 11am all the way until we finally got seated at 14:00. The staff were friendly and the waiting area is covered / spacious.
Had the Ragu with venison meat (鹿のラグー?)but the online menu does not show this dish. Also ordered the special Margherita with cherry tomatoes to share, however I would recommend the normal Margherita as the cherry tomatoes added a lot of extra moisture to the pizza and made it quite hard to eat with our hands as it kept falling apart. The flavor was good though!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic food particularly their pizzas! Burrata was fantastic. Salad was great. Extensive menu options. Mostly in Japanese and Italian but easy enough to translate. Atmosphere is fantastic great date location! Or an anniversary celebration. We sat on the lanai. They had a heater stove and each table had an individual heater .. so Winter is no issue. Reservations needed! I saw them turn away 4 families that showed up with no reservations. And that was on a weeknight. Highly RECOMMEND!!
