私のような個人店を応援し利用するような方の参考になればと、情報提供致します。
部品交換などではbefore、afterの画像などで説明をしてくれます。
しかし、何度目かの利用の際に代車待ちで1か月も待たされたあげく
謝罪の言葉もなし。その後も対応がいまいちなので仕方なく他のショップに乗り換えました。
画像説明含め、総合的な整備は中の上くらいかな？というのがプラスポイントです。ですが、
サービス対応が「ありがちな田舎の車屋さん」といった感じで利用者目線に疎く、
地域密着感も薄い印象。HPを見て期待していた分、残念な結果となりました。
損害保険に至っては担当者の保険理解度が素人レベルでやや驚きました。
市内には同等以上のショップもあるので「あそこは良いよ」「オススメだよ」とは、中々
紹介出来ないであろうオートサービスというのが率直な感想です。
