★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッフの無駄話が半端ない。やることやればいいって考えてるのかスタッフが客と同じ椅子に座ってスマホ見てるの止めて欲しい。他のフィットネスと比べると最初の説明が殆ど無い事にビックリ！あまりいい雰囲気とは思えなかったのが残念。
There is no odd story of the staff. Do you think that you should do what you do? Stop the staff sitting on the same chair as the customer and looking at your smartphone. Surprised that there is almost no first explanation compared to other fitness! I am sorry that I did not think it was a good atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッフで態度の悪い女性が1人。威圧的でお客さんに対する言葉遣いを知らないみたいですね。全員にそうしているんでしょうか？本社までいくクレームを受けているにも関わらず、改善する気がないようですし。開き直るのはやめて下さいね。上司の方はどういう教育をされてるんですか？若いスタッフの方にも悪影響です。見てるだけで不快です。周りの人には絶対に行かない方がいいとおすすめします。
There is one woman with bad attitude on the staff. It seems intimidating and doesn't seem to know the wording for the customers. Do you do that for everyone? Even though I have received complaints going to the head office, I do not seem to improve. Please do not open it again. What kind of education is your boss receiving? It is also bad for young staff. It's uncomfortable just looking. I recommend that you never go to the people around you.
