★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 体験へ行かせて頂いたのですが、運動の器具がたくさんあり、けど親切に説明して頂けるので嬉しかったです。あんな風に運動する場所があるなんて知らなかったので、素敵だなぁと思いました。
ただ…今回体験へ行ったのも半ば強引な勧誘でした…そこだけは少し残念でした。
I was allowed to go to the experience, but there were a lot of exercise equipment, but I was happy because I could explain it kindly. I didn't know there was a place to exercise like that, so I thought it was nice.
However ... It was a mid-strength solicitation to go to the experience this time ... Only that was a little disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 少しでも体を動かしたいと思っていたときに中津川でオープンして直ぐに入会しました。ムリなく長く続けられる運動です。明るいコーチ達がたくさんのメンバーさんの名前をしっかり覚えていてくれて、声をかけてくれます。コロナの影響もあり一度退会しましたが、やはり少しでも運動していた方がストレスも解消されるので、再度入会しました。病気にかかりにくい体作りをしたいと思います。
When I wanted to move my body even a little, I opened in Nakatsugawa and immediately joined. It is an exercise that can be continued for a long time without getting tired. The cheerful coaches remember the names of many members and talk to them. I withdrew once due to the influence of Corona, but I rejoined because the stress was relieved if I was exercising even a little. I want to build a body that is less susceptible to illness.
