★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious AYCE 2 hour shabu shabu - plenty of time and food for value and quality ? Staff were accommodating and welcoming - provided us with an English menu and explained the process to us. Definitely recommend when visiting Shinsaibashi, perfect after a day at USJ or during winter or just craving good-quality unlimited beef/pork.

We took the 2nd best course which is thr ¥5000 or so per person. The Kobe course is not that enticing.
The beef are outstanding! But the best part of the experience Is the Broth! Soooo damn good! We were suggested to take the Dashi (add ¥200) and the Motsunabe. Oh my goodness! Fantastic flavor on these 2 broths!
Definitely will eat again before we head home. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would like to take this opportunity to thanks for the mardarin Cantonese English and Japanese speaking staff lady (lee 李) to help us settle down for a seat. There were 2 of us went there on 1/1 which most restaurants are closed. When we walked in the Japanese speaking staffs said no table and unable to tell if we can wait for a table or what until this helpful lady walked out and try fitting us into their schedule. Even after we have sitted, she kept making sure we (and also other non Japanese speaking customers) are well served and taught us how to use the iPad even though she was very very busy. Appreciate that so much! She definitely need a promotion.
Food is good, we ordered 4650 yen meal set and the speed of serving the food was fast, the food we ordered via iPad arrived in 5 mins. The meat is good and no order missing. The hot pot soup is good we ordered the soy milk and it is surprisingly nice. They provide salt and sour sauce. The environment is nice and tidy. Service is good because of that super lady! Please support! English and Chinese menu available (iPad as well) !
