しゃぶしゃぶは二種類食べられ、昆布だしと坦々鍋にしました。
たれも、ポン酢、ごまダレなどあります。注文してたものも早く出て来るのでとてもいいです。
居心地の良いお店だと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて「しゃぶしゃぶ温野菜」を利用しました。料理は料金に対して普通なので何の問題も無いですが、店員の対応がイマイチ。コース料理を予約をして入店したにも関わらず、注文を聞いくるわ、４人で行ったのに鍋は一つしか持って来ないし、肉を持ってきてもタレを持って来ないわ(どうやって食べんだ)、持って来たタレは中味が入って無いわ、わざわざ厨房に容器を持って行って代わりを頼んだのに持って来ないわ。店内は数名の客しか居ないのに間抜け過ぎる。追加の注文からはまともに対応していたが、少しはアタマを使って働け!普通に考えればどれも防げるミスばかり、新人ならば先輩がきちんとフォローしろ！それが働くと言う事だ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 温野菜自体はリーズナブルでどれも美味しく手軽に2食鍋を食べられるので日常的に利用します。
紙屋町、並木通りの温野菜が閉店していたため本通りから近かった鷹野橋店へ行きました。
評価の理由として、「食べ放題オーダー、別料金オーダーにかかわらず2〜3回に1回のペースで再度伝えないいくつか注文した内にでてこないものが必ず1点はある」という点です。
食べ放題コース内のもので注文してもこないものがあるのは気分的には良くないですが再度注文すれば良いです。
しかし、別料金で注文していたものについてはドリンクにしろ2杯中1杯しかことないのはいただけません。
こちらのミスかと思い何度もタッチパネルを確認しました。
2度も続けばミスをしたテーブルは特に気をつけようと思わないのでしょうか。今まで温野菜でこのようなことを感じたことはありません。
その後も同じようなことは続きました。
店内を見渡しても半分も席は埋まっていないようでしたがそれでも回らない人数で営業されていたのでしょうか。
次からは遠いですが他の温野菜へ行くことにします。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナ前にはよく利用していて、以前は接客もよく、品もすぐに届いていたのですが、人手が足りていないようで、満席でもないのに注文したものがいつまで経っても届きませんでした。イベリコ豚の食べ放題コースにしたのに、イベリコ豚は一皿も届かないままでした。他のものもドリンクですら20分はかかってようやく届くレベル。食べ放題なのに鍋に食べ物が何もない状態がかなりありました。さすがにもう一度利用しようとは思いません。ずっと利用していた店舗だけに残念です。
