イノシシは、全く臭みがなくとても美味しいですが、それに劣らずキノコ料理が、食べたことのないキノコが色々と食べれてすごくオススメです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前 岡山のもっこすさんで食べたボタン鍋が忘れられず 深山さんにお邪魔しました！
妻の誕生日だったんでご馳走をと思いボタン鍋を注文‥‥ 出てきたのは‥ 生姜たっぷりの野菜鍋⁇ 底に猪肉があると思い探すとやっと発見！ ん？猪肉？クジラの間違いじゃ‥っと思うほどパサパサで獣臭い肉笑笑 しかも２人前なのに探すのが難しいくらいの量‥‥ やむなく追加お願いしたら小皿にすこーしの猪肉が‥追加2800円だったかな？1枚なんと300円以上？
スープは味噌ベースで生姜風味？いやいや生姜ベースの味噌風味↓ 猪肉の風味も出汁も全てかき消す強烈な生姜風味↓ 食べ物なんで好き嫌いあると思いますが 強烈な体験でした！
そこそこのお値段でコレなら二度とボタン鍋食べたくならないと思います！

It was my wife's birthday, so I ordered a button pot for a treat ... What came out was a vegetable pot with plenty of ginger⁇ I finally found it when I thought that there was boar meat on the bottom! Hmm? Wild boar meat? It's a whale's mistake ... It's so dry and animal-smelling meat lol And it's hard to find even though it's for two people ... If I had to add it, I wondered if a little boar meat was added to the small plate for 2800 yen? How much more than 300 yen per sheet?
Is the soup based on miso and flavored with ginger? No, ginger-based miso flavor ↓ Strong ginger flavor that drowns out all the flavor of wild boar meat and soup stock ↓ I think you like or dislike food, but it was a strong experience!
If it's a reasonable price, you won't want to eat Botan nabe again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ イノシシしゃぶしゃぶが最高でした。さっぱりしてるので無限に食べれます。〆の雑炊も美味しいし、山菜の盛り合わせ、お通しの竹の子の煮物も全てレベルが違いました。
Wild boar shabu was the best. It's refreshing so you can eat endlessly. The risotto of salmon was also delicious, the assorted of wild vegetables, and all-boiled bamboo shoots were all different levels.

今年は年男という事で、時間を作っては猪鍋をいただきにお邪魔してます。
まぁ、ここに一緒にくるのは大切な友人ばかりですが、家族とも時々お邪魔します。
猪肉の登板焼？をいただいてその後でしゃぶしゃぶを食べるのが最強の流れですね。
猪肉のしゃぶしゃぶの後は定番の雑炊に行きがちなんですが、実はラーメンも最強です。
是非お試しあれ❗️
って、このお店を語る上で忘れてはならないのが、女将さん達が作る山菜料理の存在です。
あまり詳しい事は営業妨害になってはいけないので控えますが、聞くところによると全てが手作りだそうです。
この山菜料理も実に素晴らしい‼️
ランチで美味しい季節の山菜を楽しまれてはいかがでしょう?
いつまで経っても女将さんの美味しい料理を食べに来たいものです。
深山さんも歴史あるお店で、広島で知る人ぞ知る名店です。
間違いなく、広島の名物料理の一つだと言えるでしょうね^_^

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved things place! I guess it was the owner and her daughter that served us. Did not speak much english, but they have a english menu. We made us understandable! The food was great, and so was the service! Recommend this place!
Btw, it might be hard to spot from the outside, but take the elevator to the fifht floor (I think). The boar on the blue curtain will be the sign you are looking for.
