平日の昼からしゃぶしゃぶを食べられるだなんて贅沢な気分を味わえます。
また、同僚と行きたいです。
お店は結構狭い感じがしました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日家族で食べに行こうとなり、何回電話しても誰も出ず、休みなのか？と思いながらも向かったら営業していた。満席だし予約してないなら無理との対応だったので、電話したが誰も出なかったと伝えたら「はい、忙しいんで」との回答。わざわざ出向いて嫌な思いをした。二度と行かない。
The other day, I was going to go out to eat with my family, and no matter how many times I called, no one answered and did I have a day off? Though I thought, I was open when I went. It was full and I couldn't make a reservation if I didn't make a reservation, so I called but told him that no one answered, "Yes, I'm busy." I went out all the way and felt unpleasant. I will never go again.

クーポンを見せて注文したのですが、レシートには普通の値段が記載されていました。レジにて再度クーポン見せると「最初に見せていただかないと」と言われました?注文時に見せたことを説明すると割引してくれましたが、なぜクーポン料金になっていなかったのか不明のままです。(他の店舗でも2人で行ったのに4人分料金がレシートに記載されていたことがあります)
料理は美味しいです、平日の6時頃で席は結構空いていて料理の提供も早いです。ピンポンないので席によっては不便だと思います。

I ordered with a coupon, but the receipt had a normal price. When I showed the coupon again at the cash register, I was told that `` I should show it first '' ? I explained that I showed it at the time of ordering, but it gave me a discount, but it remains unknown why it was not a coupon fee is. (Although there were two people at other stores, the fee for 4 people was written on the receipt)
The food is delicious, the seats are quite vacant around 6:00 on weekdays, and the food is served fast. I think that it is inconvenient depending on the seat because there is no ping-pong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 混んでないもののオーダー時間かかりますよということで、1人ゆえに構いませんよ返事して入った。20分経ってもオーダー取りに来ない。タッチパネルも呼び出しボタンもない。接客する気がないにも関わらず入店させたのかな？
接客を期待するような価格帯ではないけれども、とても残念な気持ちになりました。
改善に向けた企業努力を期待するので、本社様にもお伝えして、いつの日か訪問する日に嫌な気持ちが呼び起こされない事を祈ります。
Although it is not crowded, it will take time to order, so it doesn't matter if you are alone. I haven't come to pick up my order after 20 minutes. There is no touch panel or call button. Did you enter the store even though you didn't feel like serving customers?
It's not in the price range that I expect to serve customers, but I was very disappointed.
I look forward to corporate efforts for improvement, so I will tell the head office and hope that one day I will not evoke unpleasant feelings on the day I visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ チェーン店かつしゃぶしゃぶなので、料理のクオリティは基本他の温野菜と変わらないと思われます。
が、こちらの店舗は接客が良くなかった印象でした。
コース予約でしたが、注文の仕方の説明など一切なく席に通されたまま放置でした。
コロナでバイトの入れ替わりがありスタッフ教育が不十分なタイミングで運悪く訪問したのかな。
会計時もクーポン割引が適応されない価格で案内されオペレーションが安定しないお店でした。
こちらもPayPayグルメがリリース直後でスタッフに定着されてなかったのかもしれません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great shabu shabu place. There are a few options of packages according to the type of meat that you will want. We were not sure what we should go with, so we tried the most affordable one and it is already pretty good.
Would be better if they had better quality / slices of meat even for the cheapest package. Made us wonder if we should just go with ala carte instead. But as usual, the free-flow alcohol is amazing and we tried the simplest package and it comes with sake and some cocktails. Too bad that beer is another more costly package.
