★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一人でも多くの方がこの口コミを見て被害に遭われるのを避けられたらと思い投稿します。絶対に行くべきではありません。
・まず入店するなり客を見ても無視。「いらっしゃいませ」の一言もなし。
忙しいなら「少々お待ち下さい」のひとこともあればいくらでも待ちますが、何も声をかけられないため客として認識されているのかどうかさえ不明でした。
・店員の私語内容がひどすぎる。
女性店員が暇な時にずっとスマートフォンで別の店員と画像か何かを見せ合いながら爆笑していました。
あげく大きな声で「(食べ放題の具材が)こんなに少なかったらバレる」と爆笑。時間内ならおかわりは自由ですが、故意に少なく盛っていることを大声で「バレる」と笑うなど馬鹿にしているとしか思えません。
業務上の会話をとやかく言う気は毛頭ありませんが、「忙しいね〜」などの愚痴を大きな声で言う必要がありますかね？？
客に媚びろ、素晴らしいサービスをしろと言っているのではありません。ただ普通に食事をして、美味しかった、と店を出たい。それだけです。飲食店でこんな不快な思いをしたのは久々でした。もっと他の方の評価を見ればよかった。
こんな思いをする方が、ひとりでも多くいなくなりますように。

I'm not telling customers to flirt and provide great service. I just want to eat normally and leave the store saying it was delicious. That's all. It's been a while since I had such an unpleasant feeling at a restaurant. I should have seen the evaluation of other people.

ナプキンを頼みましたが、結局最後まできませんでした

どの店員さんも接客が良くて素晴らしいです。
ラストオーダーの際わざわざ、頼んだドリンクの数が人数の数より少ない事も聞いてくれて気が利いているなと思いました。
誕生日という事でいいお肉のサービスもしてくださいました！
また来たいと思わせてくれる接客です！

残念だったのは(つみれを頼んだのですが、固まらずバラバラになって食べれなかったです。)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 楽天ポイントが付くことや、連れにたくさん食べる人がいるのでときどき利用しています…が、毎回何かが起きています。
こないだ予約したときは子供がいると伝えましたが喫煙席へとご案内…（初めての席で、途中まで気づきませんでした。食事の終盤頃に喫煙のお客さんが入店してきたので、煙が充満する前に退店はしましたが…）。
肉以外にも食材の種類はありますし、味も良いと感じています。食器やテーブルもキレイでした。
駐車場もたくさんあります。近いのでまた利用するかなとは思いますが、閉店や入れ替わりする店舗の多い中で続いているお店なので色々と頑張ってほしいです。
