C	Chris Clement on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridiculously good crab. We tried just about everything! The best might have been the crab sashimi. It was wonderfully soft, smooth, and sweet. However, the kani shabu was also really special. A hot pot of clear crab broth is brought to a boil at he table. You add vegetables, mushrooms, tofu, etc, then dip long pieces of crab leg meat into the pot for ~30 seconds and eat it. Once you get through all the crab, veggies, tofu, etc, they mix rice and egg into the soup to make a really delicious rice stew. You must order this!
