積和に落度があっても知りません的な対応です。
家賃高い割に部屋は大したことないです。契約しないことをお勧めします。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 積和不動産が管理している賃貸物件に住んでいますが、担当者を含めオーナーの顔色ばかり伺い、話しをこじれさすばかりで、全く役に立ちません。更新の度にバカ高い更新手数料を請求されますが・・・。ほんと最悪な管理会社ですよ。おススメしません。
I live in a rental property managed by Sekiwa Real Estate, but I just listen to the owner's complexion, including the person in charge, and hesitate to talk, it is completely useless. You will be charged a stupid renewal fee for each renewal... It's the worst management company. I do not recommend it.

半年前に初めて行ったケド、誰からも「いらっしゃいませ」もなければ、面倒くさそうな対応をされます。
物件を探そうとも、紹介しようともしてくれず、個人情報取得が仕事みたい！
渋々感満載な態度だし、話を1分くらい聞いただけで追い帰されました。
こんなに短い時間で、これほど不愉快な気持ちにさせられた会社は初めてです！
