名前は忘れましたが、新入社員？ぐらいの若めの男性の方に案内して頂きました。笑顔もなく暗い感じの印象。自分も同じ類の職業をしておりますが、名刺を渡してこない人は初めてでした。そして雑談の中で、他社でも提案頂いてることをお伝えすると「あなたがやっていることは不動産泣かせなことですよ。一社に絞ってくださいね。」となぜか上から指摘。何が不動産泣かせですか？こちらにも選ぶ権利はありますよ。比較することによって得られる情報もありますし、一点に絞って盲目になるより良いのではないでしょうか。というか、そもそもそれが仕事というものではないでしょうか。私たちの業界からすると、ありえない発言ではないでしょうか。その後も「所詮、大学生向けのアパートなので。笑」だとか帰り際に「今日はキツいことを言いましたけど、何かあればまた連絡ください。」とどんなメンタルをされているのでしょうか。向いてる向いてないの前に人としての倫理やモラル的な部分を是非教育してあげて下さい。
