★ ★ ★ ★ ★ かつてはフィールドアスレチックの遊具や自然林の中の歩道があったのだろうが管理が全くなされずに荒れ果て、看板だけが残っている状態。ま、手の入った「自然林」がただの自然林に戻ったと思えば腹も立たないが。御殿﨑展望台への遊歩道も荒れ果て、辿っていった先には壊れた橋があって通行止めになっていた。展望を得るためにはストレートに藪漕ぎして岬の先に出るより仕方がない。林内にだれかがつけたピンクテープの標識があるのでそれを追って藪漕ぎすれば、展望台の隣の岬ではあるが岬の先端までは行けるが、展望は枝に遮られて限られる。
夏であれば藪漕ぎも展望も葉に遮られて困難だろう。
ここはみちのく潮風トレイルの中継点でもあるらしくその標柱だけが妙に新しく、周囲とそぐわない印象であった。

The promenade to the Gotenzaki Observatory was also desolate, and there was a broken bridge at the end of the trail, which was closed to traffic. The only way to get a view is to row straight in the bush and go beyond the cape. There is a pink tape sign attached by someone in the forest, so if you follow it and row the bush, you can reach the tip of the cape, although it is the cape next to the observatory, but the view is limited by the branches.
In summer, it will be difficult to row the bushes and see the view because of the leaves.
It seems that this is also a relay point for the Michinoku Coastal Trail, and only its pillars are strangely new, giving the impression that it does not match the surroundings.
