★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 流石、食の駅と言うだけあってフードコート、産直野菜、お土産と食べ物だらけです。
抹茶ジェラートや米沢市などが人気のようですが、私は外の老舗の蒟蒻屋さんが一番良かったです。やはり玉こんにゃくは最高です。オリジナルのラ・フランス蒟蒻ゼリー的なヤツも美味しい。

Matcha gelato and Yonezawa City seem to be popular, but I liked the long-established konjac shop outside. After all ball konnyaku is the best. The original La France konjac jelly-like guy is also delicious.

お土産コーナーでは、鳥中華が有名ですが、山形県外ではめったに売っていない肉中華を私は、お勧めします。目茶苦茶美味しいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地元の新鮮野菜がいろいろ手には入ります。蔵王温泉から山形市内へ出るメインルートの一つの道沿いのためよく使いますが、駐車場もやたらに広いこの敷地には並びで山形の名産品を置いているグッド山形や名物も食べられる広いフードコートも有るので楽しいですね。
山形ならではの食品や地元野菜、醤油に調味料、手作り食品など。旅行がてらこちらでいろいろ買い込んで、車に常備してある大きな発砲スチロールの保冷箱に詰め込めば都内まででも新鮮なまま持ち帰れます。
あとはグッド山形で豊富にそろえられた地酒も買い込めば自宅でも山形気分が味わえます。

藻塩を買いに立ち寄ったお店。
山牛で好い焼肉を頂いた時に藻塩と味付あらぎりわさびで頂いたのが結構良かったので、お土産に購入。
味付あらぎりわさびはあったものの藻塩がなかったので、在庫を確認したところ、ないとのご返答。
諦めて、それ以外の山形の美味しいものを探していたら、店員さんが隣のグッド山形にあります！とのこと。
※そう言えば、山牛の店員さんもグッド山形にあると言っていたな。汗
グッド山形とは繋がっていて初めての訪問者には同じ店に見えたよ。
店員さんの優しい心遣いに気持ちが暖ったまりました。感謝です。

隣の物産館では主に工芸品やお菓子類、お酒など日持ちのする（もしくは食べ物以外）を取り扱っているのに対し、こちらは農産物など主に生鮮食品、賞味期限でいうと日持ちの短いものを販売しているスペースです。お野菜、フルーツ、お米、お豆腐納豆プリンおまんじゅうなど、隣の物産館にまけずおとらず美味しいものを取り揃えています。地元住民も野菜を買い求めて訪れているようですね。賑わっていますよ。お会計はカードとキャッシュレス対応です。
