コクと風味がありとても美味しかったです！
肉そばと迷ったから今度はそちらを頂きたいです。
 I had a whimsical Chinese grilled backfat miso bean sprouts ramen.
It was rich and flavorful and very delicious!
I was at a loss with meat soba, so I would like to have it next time.

本日の気まぐれ中華は何かな〜とワクワクしながら伺いましたが、中華そば650円を注文しました。
まずスープを一口。うまい〜?なんだろ〜。この辺であまり食べる事のできない味というか珍しいなぁと感じました?スープ全部飲んでしまった〜?魚と豚で出汁をとっているのでしょうか？上手く説明できないのが残念ですがとにかく好き美味しかった♡手打ち自家製麺もピロピロしていて170gは多いかな?と思いましたがペロッと完食。
また食べに行きます❣️

I was excited to ask what the whimsical Chinese food is today, but I ordered Chinese noodles for 650 yen.
First, take a bite of soup. It's good ~ ? ~. I felt that it was a rare taste that I couldn't eat much around here ? I drank all the soup ~ ? Are you taking soup stock with fish and pork? It's a pity that I can't explain it well, but I liked it anyway ♡ I thought that the handmade homemade noodles were also fluffy and 170g was a lot ?, but I ate it completely.
I will go to eat again ❣️

うわ〜完食できるかなー、と思ったけど美味しかったのでペロリといけた?
蕎麦は山形蕎麦っぽい黒くて噛みごたえのあるもの。旨し♪
山形蕎麦が大好きなので嬉しい♪
付いてきた生卵を途中で蕎麦に割り入れ混ぜてみたら、これまた美味しい。
へ〜、こんな食べ方アリなんだね。
セルフサービスの天かすを入れるとまた味変して面白い。
美味しかったー♪

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前はじゃじゃ麺屋さんだったはずが、看板も「麺や」に変わって、じゃじゃ麺は辞めたみたいです。
そのがわりラー油肉そばを頂きました。
並盛りでも結構量多めでした。
太麺と細麺が選べるみたいです。
ラー油はそんなに強く無いですが、香りがよくて美味しかったです。

Instead, I got chili oil meat soba.
Even if it was a regular serving, it was quite a lot.
It seems that you can choose between thick noodles and thin noodles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 岩手県雫石町の４６号線盛岡方向にある『麺や おもり』?以前はお蕎麦屋さんでしたが全面リニューアルして今の形になりました?お店全体が岩手ならではの温かいおもてなしを感じます。スムーズなオーダーのため至る所にメニュー表示を行っています。畳敷きの和室にイス・テーブル席のレイアウト。障碍のある方も働いています（素晴らしいのはそのことを告知していること、接客で問題があったら知らせてくださいと掲示も行っています）。地域に貢献したいとの表明に共感を覚えずにはいられません?今回はスタミナニラそばを?丁寧かつ美しく盛り付けられたストレート麺にはしばし見入ってしまうほど。炙りイカが漬け込まれた『イカス』と生玉子がついてきます。これがとても良い味変に?共用で唐辛子魚粉、天かすもありカスタマイズもとてもフレキシブル。味は言わずもがな、ぜひ一度お試しを☺
