さて、メニューを見渡しますが今夜も煮魚はありません(･ε･`) しょうがない「新さんま塩焼定食」＠1580をご飯大盛り、「しらすおろし」と「豚しゃぶサラダ」で、あと生中を。娘は孫２号と分け合う「シマホッケ塩焼定食」＠1450をご飯大盛り、「もずくそうめん」と「ハムカツ」。孫１号は「ひとくちヒレカツ定食」＠1380をご飯中盛り、「ニラ玉子焼き」と「あげだしどうふ」で。
常に満席状態ですね。客もサっと食べてすぐ帰る、すぐ次の客ってカンジ。あれ、壁のタペストリーがダースベイダー卿になってるｗｗ
さて、秋刀魚が最初に出て来ましたよ。うーんやっぱ今年のサンマは細いなぁ。それでも秋はコレがないとねー。お味の方は美味しかったですよ。シマホッケも美味しいみたい、あれだけ「魚なんて」つってた孫２号が骨にぶつくさ言いながらガツガツ喰ってたもんなｗ それより孫1号が中盛りじゃ足らなくて、ご飯をお代りしていたｗｗヒレカツも旨かったんだろーな。
混み過ぎてて慌ただしいんだけど、ほっとする定食は美味しいよね。人気なんだなぁ。ご馳走様でした。

ぶり照りって、硬かったりパサパサしてるところが多いと思うんですけど、
ここのは、フワッフワでしっとりで、
そこに甘辛なタレが絶妙です！！
普通の定食屋ではないと思います、そこらの料亭なんかより数倍おいしい。
遠くに住んでますが、たまに食べにきてます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 守山区にある定食屋さん。平日の13:00少し前にお伺いしました。ラッキーなことに車はお店の前に停められました。こちらのお店はお魚料理がメインですがお肉料理のレパートリーもあり、かなり豊富なメニューです。
注文の仕方はメニューの上段の定食メニューからメインディッシュをひとつ選び、下段右側の小鉢メニューからふたつ選ぶというシステム。今回私は豚ロース厚焼きステーキ定食に小鉢をヘルシー豆腐のゴマだれサラダと大学いもをチョイス。相方は塩サバネギポン酢定食に小鉢を鶏の唐揚げとニラの玉子焼をチョイスしました。
ご飯は少なめでも十分な量でした。薄味に慣れた私には全体的に少し塩っぱく感じましたが美味しくいただきました。特に鶏の唐揚げがサクサクで美味しかったです！

This time, I chose a small bowl for a pork loin thick-grilled steak set meal, a healthy tofu sesame sauce salad, and Daigakuimo. My partner chose a small bowl of fried chicken and fried garlic chives for a set meal of salted sabanegipon vinegar.
Even a small amount of rice was enough. As I got used to the light taste, it felt a little salty overall, but it was delicious. Especially the fried chicken was crispy and delicious!

焼き魚が食べたい時に行くといいと思う。店員さんは親切に厨房から出てきて食べ方を教えてくれました。
鯖は鯖だなって感じの味でした。

どれも普通に美味しかったです。
値段相応だと思いました。

ごはんや金沢にランチで行ってきました。
店内はこぢんまりとした大衆食堂の雰囲気。
13時で５人待ちですが、すんなり入店です。
金沢でとれた新鮮な海の幸を中心に提供する
魅力的なメニューがいっぱいで悩みましたが
塩サバ定食（1,000円）を注文。
身がふっくらして最高に脂が乗った塩サバは
旨味が抜群で自然とご飯が進みまくり。
この塩サバはめっちゃ美味しいです！！！
選べる小鉢２品に味噌汁も出汁がしっかりで
ご飯は大盛り無料と大満足の定食でした。
アットホームな雰囲気も良かったです。
ごちそうさまでした。
