豚の角煮も本当にいい味付けで他のお店みたいにしょっぱくなくて最高です。
Cantonese noodles and fried rice with char siu are insanely delicious.
Kakuni pork is also really nicely seasoned and is the best because it is not as salty as other shops.

日替わりのメニューはありました。

国道沿いに比較的に大き目の中華屋。看板を見ると中国四川料理。
店の中も大きく感染対策もしている。入口近くに今日のおすすめランチのホワイトボード。上海焼きそばと手作りワンタン968円を頼む。この手の店のランチとしては比較的に高め。
上海焼きそばは四川料理店だから辛いかも？と思っていたがノーマルな味。野菜たっぷり。手作りワンタンは小さな焼売程の餡の大きさ。スープは普通の中華スープではなくて豚骨が混じったスープ。弾力もあってなかなか旨い。ラーメンセット750円より高めなのも納得。
次は麻婆豆腐でも食べて見ようと思いつつ、ごちそう様でした。
Shanghai Yakisoba & Wonton at Sichuan Restaurant.
A relatively large Chinese restaurant along the national highway. Looking at the signboard, you can see Chinese Sichuan cuisine.
The inside of the store is also heavily infected. A whiteboard for today's recommended lunch near the entrance. I ordered Shanghai Yakisoba and handmade wonton for 968 yen. It's relatively expensive for lunch at this kind of store.
Shanghai Yakisoba is a Sichuan restaurant, so it might be spicy? I thought it was a normal taste. Plenty of vegetables. The handmade wonton is the size of a small shumai bean paste. The soup is not a normal Chinese soup but a soup mixed with pork bones. It's also elastic and quite delicious. I understand that the ramen set is more expensive than 750 yen.
Next time, I was thinking of eating Mapo tofu, but it was a feast.
