★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 景色が良いですね。北側から東を中心に楽しめます。吾妻連峰は本丸跡の方が眺めが良いですね。
名前が物見櫓なので史跡として期待を持たれてしまいますが、まあ単純に展望台として自分は好きです。
The scenery is good. You can enjoy it from the north side to the east. The view of the Azuma mountain range is better at the Honmaru site.
Since the name is a observatory, it is expected to be a historic site, but I like it simply as an observatory.

風景の説明写真があるが、簡単過ぎて面白くない。
ちゃんと考えずテキトーに造ったような建物である。
The view from the second floor is not bad, but the corridors are too narrow and it is troublesome to pass each other.
There is an explanatory photo of the landscape, but it's too easy and uninteresting.
It is a building that I made in Tekito without thinking properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入り口の看板には大きく『この建物は時代考証により復元したものではありません』と。ここまできっぱり釘を刺されたからには、「では、この位置取りの目的は？」とか「この形にした理由は？」とか「そもそも櫓あったか無かったか♪」などと余談を差し挟まずに、櫓に上がって北の方角、まずは福島市街地を眺めるのです。
目印になりそうな紅白のタワーは、ドコモの通信塔のようです。背後に黒くこんもり立つのは信夫山（しのふやま）ですか。標高275メートル（羽山）。その左手、飯坂温泉の方角の遥か遠くに、もしかしたら栗子山(山系)が見えているのでしょうか。
ん、良い眺めです。
