武	武野敦也（ムノッチ） on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前、マイバイク購入のため、参考程度にこちらに伺いました。が、酷いのなんの……。店主と思しき方が、偏屈なジイサンで、私が「クロスバイクの購入を考えている」旨を伝え、店主は「ここでは他のブリヂストン系列の店から取り寄せる形となる」と言われました（この自転車屋のブランドは、一応ブリヂストンでした）。なるほどと思い、では取り寄せをお願いします、って言うと、「そのクロスバイクはどこで見たか？」と言ってきて。幸い、浦和の方のブリヂストン系列のお店で所望のバイクを見つけたので、「浦和の方の店で見たので、それをお願いしたいのですが……」と言ったら、「何処の店？　店名とかは？」と。いや、店名などそこまで詳しくはわかりません、といったら、「ウチはそういう客相手に商売してねぇから帰れ」というような意味の言葉をぶつけてきました。こっちは右も左も何もわからないし、そっちのほうがプロなんだから、そっちが買ってくれる客に対して親切に接するべきなのに、何だその態度は！　とイラッときて、結局斜向かいにあるセオサイクルさんで購入。客商売している以上は、お客さんの要望にはなるたけ応え、誠意と真心を込めて、事に当たるのが接客ですよね。わからなければ、店の方で調べるなりして、対応するのが普通じゃないですか。なんなんですかね、よほど自分が偉いんでしょうか。めちゃくちゃ頭にきましたよ。セオサイクルさんの方が500億倍親切でした。こんなクソジジイのお店で買うより、近くにセオサイクルさんがありますので、自転車関係で訪れる際は、間違ってもこちらのお店に来られないよう気をつけて下さい。言葉は悪いですけど、セオサイクルがあるのにまだ存在しているのが不思議なくらいです……さっさと店畳むか、潰れればいいのに。 I used to visit here for my bike purchase. O	O A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 早朝の出勤中に自転車が故障してしまい、修理していただきました。最初にセオサイクルさんに行きましたが営業時間外で受け取れるのが2時間後といわれ仕事に行かなければいけないのと受取りは当日中でないと引き受けられないと言われたのでこちらの東浦和サイクルさんに行きました。（セオサイクルの方は営業時間外に引き留められたのが不快だったのかかなり不親切でした。）東浦和サイクルさんはすぐに対応してくださり助かりました。また、もうすぐダメになりそうなところなども教えて下さったのですぐに出来るところも交換してくださいました。店主は不愛想ではありますが親切でした。奥様も人がよさそうな雰囲気でした。急いでいたので簡単なお礼しか言えませんでしたが、とても助かりました。ありがとうございました。悪いクチコミばかりですが、私はとても親切な自転車屋さんだと感じました。またお願いしたいです。 My bicycle broke down while I was at work early in the morning, and I had it repaired.
