★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一般車両(ママチャリ)や電動自転車を取り扱っているお店ですが、私はロードバイク整備や部品をたまに買いに行きます。頼りになる人がいるので安心して任せられます。駐車場は...行ってみるとなんとかなります。
Although it is a store that sells general vehicles (Mama Chari) and electric bicycles, I sometimes go for road bike maintenance and buy parts. Some people can rely on me so I can trust. The parking lot...it's quite a lot when I go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接客の店員一人だけは無神経で失礼極まりない。こっちは自転車を選びに来てるのに「旦那さんとはどういう出会いですか？亅「お子さん綺麗ですね。もてますよ。亅などと気持ち悪いことを平気でズケズケ聞いてきて気分が悪かった。しかも、「工賃いくらって言ってました？」と客に聞く有様。店長に確認もせず、自転車買ってくれたら子供の自転車の工賃も無料にできるかも、と軽はずみなことを平気で言っていた（←その後店長に聞いて無料にはならず）。選ぶの迷っていたら、ややめんどくさそうな調子で「これでいんじゃないんですか？」と。他にも、呆れてしまうことがあり。他の修理などをする店員に悪い印象はないが、接客の彼一人は店員としてありえない。非常に残念で不快だった。

It was very disappointing and uncomfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ピストのハンドルをカスタムしてもらいました。他のところで買った自転車なのに真剣にパーツを探してくれました。後で聞いたらセオサイクルさんでもピストを注文できるということが判明。車体もこちらで購入するべきでした。
親切だし丁寧にやってくれるのでお勧めです。
南浦和でもピストが買えます。
安全のためフリーギア限定ですが。

自転車を買うときは基本10%引き。
接客とこまごまとした無料整備などが特徴。
パンク修理などのときにかかる時間は普通だが時間をつぶす場所がない。
