Uno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ｢フレッシュロースター｣の言葉通り、迷うほど取り揃えてある種類の生豆を選び、焼き方を指定して、ドリップの仕方にあわせた挽き方で購入することができます。本店は横浜にありますが、関東地方に店舗があります。ありがたいことに茨城県には水戸市に2店舗、つくば市に1店舗です。水戸の2店舗ですが、面白いことに店舗ごとに雰囲気が異なります。どちらが良いということではありませんが、大町店はこじんまりとしていて、渋い感じです。見和店は逆にオープンな雰囲気で広々とした店構えです。と言っても大町店の店員さん自体はとてもフレンドリーで知識も当然豊富で様々なアドバイスをいただけます。わからないことなどあれば親切に対応してくださいます。ご自宅で珈琲を楽しまれている方なら是非、一度訪れてみてはいかがでしょうか。珈琲用具もたくさん揃えてあり見応えありますよ。 As the word "fresh roaster" implies, you can choose from a wide variety of raw beans, specify how to bake them, and grind them according to how you drip them.
