★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 人によるようで、最初に応対した人が数回繰り返し言ってきた話しで1ヶ月半無駄に待機してました。辞めた会社にも何度も電話する事になり本当に苦痛でした。いい加減イライラして最後にまた電話した時に違う人なのか別の方法をご提案下さって、すぐに進める事が出来ました。本当に困っていたので、さすがに頭にきました。事務的に言ってるのか知識がないのか分かりませんが、こちら側の話しを『ちゃんと』聞いて、部署内で聞くなりしてほしいですね。その人に星はつけたくないですが、最後の方の応対で助けて頂いたので星3つです。
It seems that it depends on the person, and I wasted a month and a half waiting for the story that the first person who responded repeatedly said several times. It was really painful to call the company I quit many times. I was frustrated and suggested a different method when I called again at the end, and I was able to proceed immediately. I was really in trouble, so I really came to my mind. I don't know if you're saying it in a clerical way or if you don't have the knowledge, but I'd like you to listen to this side's story "properly" and listen to it within the department. I don't want that person to have a star, but he has 3 stars because he helped me in the last response.
